These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website post-gen.pro, and all related services provided by MONSTEO SEO LIMITED (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By creating an account, purchasing points, or otherwise using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our Service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Registration and Security
To use certain features, you must create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Description of Services
We provide an online platform where registered users can access certain functionalities by using points or point packs purchased through the Service. The scope, nature, and availability of features may change at our discretion.

Service Delivery
The Service is deemed delivered at the moment the generated text is made available to the User via the Service interface.
Delivery time depends on technical parameters, system load, and other factors and is not guaranteed.
We do not guarantee that the generated content will meet the User’s expectations, as generation is performed using artificial intelligence algorithms.

5. Points
Points are virtual units used to pay for generations on the platform. The rate is 1 point = €0.02. One generation costs 1 point. The minimum top-up is 1,000 points (€20), the maximum is 40,000 points (€800).
Points do not expire. Unused points can be withdrawn to the original payment method on request to support@post-gen.pro.
Points cannot be transferred between accounts. Changes in pricing do not affect completed purchases.

6. Payments
Payments for points or other services are processed through third-party payment processors.

We do not store complete payment card details.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

All prices are displayed in the currency specified at checkout and may include applicable taxes.

Payments are subject to our Billing and Refund Policy and are charged at the moment the transaction is confirmed.
The User is responsible for any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, such changes will not affect completed purchases.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:

Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

Upload, share, or generate content that infringes intellectual property rights, promotes violence, or violates applicable law

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its systems, or accounts of other users

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Service

Engage in activities that disrupt, overload, or damage our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of this section.

8. Intellectual Property
The platform branding, software and interface materials are owned by or licensed to MONSTEO SEO LIMITED. This does not apply to texts generated for you.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You own the texts generated for you through the Service and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

9. Service Availability and Modifications
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service without liability or prior notice.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other legitimate reason.
You may stop using the Service at any time by discontinuing use of your account or notifying us.
Upon termination:
(a) your access to the account may be restricted or deleted;
(b) unused points are refunded to the original payment method on request to support@post-gen.pro;
(c) provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect (including liability, limitation of liability, and governing law).

11. Refunds
Unused points can be refunded to the original payment method on request to support@post-gen.pro. Used points are not refundable except where required by law or where a technical fault prevented delivery. See our Billing and Refund Policy for the procedure. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Complaints
Users may submit complaints related to the Service by email to: support@post-gen.pro.
The complaint should include a description of the issue and, where applicable, supporting materials.
We will review complaints within a reasonable time, typically not exceeding 14 (fourteen) calendar days.
The outcome will be communicated to the User via email.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding three (3) months.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MONSTEO SEO LIMITED, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
