These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website post-gen.pro, and all related services provided by MONSTEO SEO LIMITED (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By creating an account, purchasing tokens, or otherwise using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our Service.

2. Eligibility

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Registration and Security
To use certain features, you must create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Description of Services
We provide an online platform where registered users can access certain functionalities by using tokens or token packs purchased through the Service. The scope, nature, and availability of features may change at our discretion.

Service Delivery
The Service is deemed delivered at the moment the generated content (images) is made available to the User via the Service interface.
Delivery time depends on technical parameters, system load, and other factors and is not guaranteed.
We do not guarantee that the generated content will meet the User’s expectations, as generation is performed using artificial intelligence algorithms.

5. Tokens and Virtual Credits
Tokens and token packs are non-refundable virtual credits that grant access to certain features within the platform.

Tokens have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, and cannot be transferred between accounts unless explicitly permitted by us.

Unused tokens may expire or be forfeited upon account closure or termination for violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify token pricing, packages, or usage rules at any time.

6. Payments
Payments for tokens or other services are processed through third-party payment processors.

We do not store complete payment card details.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

All prices are displayed in the currency specified at checkout and may include applicable taxes.

All payments are final and are charged at the moment the transaction is confirmed.
The User is responsible for any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; however, such changes will not affect completed purchases.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:

Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

Upload, share, or generate content that infringes intellectual property rights, promotes violence, or violates applicable law

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its systems, or accounts of other users

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Service

Engage in activities that disrupt, overload, or damage our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of this section.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials available through the Service are owned by or licensed to MONSTEO SEO LIMITED.

You may stop using the Service at any time by discontinuing use of your account or notifying us.
Upon termination:

(b) unused tokens may be forfeited without compensation unless required by applicable law;
(c) provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect (including liability, limitation of liability, and governing law).

11. Refunds
All purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

Refund requests must be submitted to info@postgen.com and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds are granted only in the following cases:
(a) technical errors preventing the use of purchased tokens;
(b) duplicate charges;
(c) other cases required by applicable law.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of payment.

Refunds will not be granted for:
(a) used tokens;
(b) dissatisfaction with generated content;
(c) unused tokens where access to the Service was not restricted due to our fault.

Complaints
Users may submit complaints related to the Service by email to: info@postgen.com.
The complaint should include a description of the issue and, where applicable, supporting materials.
We will review complaints within a reasonable time, typically not exceeding 14 (fourteen) calendar days.
The outcome will be communicated to the User via email.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding three (3) months.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MONSTEO SEO LIMITED, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
